Online Marketing-Franchising VS Affiliate Marketing

Franchising VS Affiliate Marketing

Researching deep into all aspects of market
ing,
in regards to franchising,
we have uncovered many little known, or advertised aspects about the franchise business model.
Since our research is indepth, the results of that digging deep for answers
has led to new and important discoveries concerning the whole aspect of building businesses for profit.

It has come to the attention that even though the franchise
may hold a greater foothold to those seeking jobs,
affiliate marketing actually parallels
in many different aspects.
While people searching for a real business like the franchise,
most of those same people would run very quickly away
from any mention of the word affiliate marketing.
There have been many in the MLM
and network marketing industry who have gotten severely chastised
and lost money from marketing an affiliate business,
but likewise, there have have also been many as well,
that have suffered the same results at the hands of franchising.

Franchising is a legal agreement that takes place between the corporate franchise business,
and the purchaser of that entity.
Admittedly, the franchisee may have certain aspects going for them;
however, the success rate is totally dependent
on the corporate providing training,
management skills, advertising skills,
marketing skills an an abundance of hard work and effort.

Affiliate marketing actually follows along with the same model; however,
it is always approached dif
ferently.
People today, even though living in the fast paced techno world are very wary,
as they should be, of anything seen on the Internet.
The whole scope of the world wide web receives a lot of bad publicity
because of the hype and scams that are constantly perusing about online.

Franchise Scams

Franchisors that practice franchise fraud
will attempt to pressure a franchisee leaving the franchise system
to sign a non-disclosure agreement,
confidentiality agreement, or a gag order.
The gag order allows franchise misrepresentation
by preventing prospective new franchisees learning important details about the churning franchise.
Unfortunately, the Federal Trade Commission Rule
and the State Franchise Disclosure Documents
that govern the sale of franchises appear to enable franchisors
to withhold negative facts concerning the performance of the franchised business plan
from new buyers of franchises
and to disclaim that the franchisors
have promised anything in the way of success
and profits in the written disclosure document and the binding,
and generally non-negotiated,
franchise agreement.
The sellers of franchised business plans,
the franchisors, themselves,
appear to have no obligation under current rules
and regulations to disclose negative system UNIT performance statistics to new buyers
of the franchised business plans
who then unknowingly purchase franchises that have demonstrated low
or no profitability and high failure rates of founding franchisees.

Uniquely, franchisors, themselves,
under the FTC Rule and the State Franchise Disclosure Documents
appear not to have to disclose system UNIT Performance Statistics
in their possession to new buyers,
and new buyers of franchises must do their due diligence
with current and ex-franchisees.
It should be noted that current and ex-franchisees of systems
have no duty under the law to disclose information about their businesses to prospective franchisees.

Affiliate Marketing Scams

A successful pyramid scheme combines a fake yet seemingly credible business
with a simple-to-understand yet sophisticated-sounding money-making formula
which is used for profit.
The essential idea is that a "con artist" Mr. X, makes only one payment.
To start earning, Mr. X has to recruit others like him who will also make one payment each.
Mr. X gets paid out of receipts from those new recruits.
They then go on to recruit others.
As each new recruit makes a payment,
Mr. X gets a cut. He is thus promised exponential benefits as the "business" expands.

Such "businesses" seldom involve sales of real products
or services to which a monetary value might be easily attached.
However, sometimes the "payment" itself may be a non-cash valuable.
To enhance credibility, most such scams are well equipped with fake referrals, testimonials, and information.

The flaw is that there is no end benefit.
The money simply travels up the chain.
Only the originator (sometimes called the "pharaoh")
and a very few at the top levels of the pyramid make significant amounts of money.
The amounts dwindle steeply down the pyramid slopes.
Individuals at the bottom of the pyramid (those who subscribed to the plan,
but were not able to recruit any followers themselves) end up with a deficit.

As the reader can clearly see,
the similarities in the scam scenario are actually very closely related.
One must understand that in business,
there are always a certain number of people that choose to take the simple and easy route.
They are not willing to work for their bread,
and are in the constant process of trying to find just that right niche,
that right place in the sun that will make them rich beyond all wildest dreams,
and turn them from average, to extraordinary.

Will a franchising business make you rich?
Most likely, it may provide a living for your family,
but in all honesty,
that is about all that it will do besides fill up your time
with and extraordinary work load.
We offer something different.
We do not offer a franchise business,
but rather an alternative to franchising or affiliate marketing.

Online Marheting-Multiple Sclerosis News

The latest Multiple Sclerosis News is as we get older, our bodies'
ability to regenerate decreases.
This is not only true for our skin
(which is evident in the wrinkles that develop
as we age) but also true for other tissues in the body.

Also the main part of your body that
slows down is the regenerative processes in the brain.

For diseases which often span several decades
and are affected by regenerative processes,
such as multiple sclerosis, this can have massive implications.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wcsi-U6eKBM&feature=colike

They found that Multiple Sclerosis does damage the myelin sheaths
that form the insulation layers
that protect that nerve fibers in your brain.
The loss of this myelin in the Multiple Sclerosis brain
prevents nerve fibers from sending signals properly to your limbs, legs, arms.
This will eventually lead to the losss of the nerve fiber itself.

The earlier the Multiple Sclerosis disease is found the regenerative process,
or some call it remyelination. If that occurs and the myelin sheaths are restored.
The unfortunately the Multiple Sclersois patient
ages the remylelination decreases signifcantly.
Thanthe result in the Multiple Sclerosis patient
is that their nerve fibers are permanently lost.

5. Online Marketing-Multiple Sclerosis changes the Brain part 2

The more disabling secondary-progressive stage of Multiple Sclerosis
it then evolves the characterized by the increase in neurologic impairment
that is generally irreversible.
Than your walking becomes difficult
and you may need a cane or a wheelchair may be needed.
Your bowel and bladder complications appear
and cognitive decline
and that might disturb the quality of life.
This all relates to the spreading loss of axons
or their inability to conduct impulses for you to do your daily living.

In Multiple Sclerosis the scattered distribution of the Multiple Sclerosis plaques
throughout the CNS white matter also helps to explain that each patient experiences.
For instance in the Multiple Sclerosis patient
if new plaque develops in the optic nerve,
the MS patient will have difficulty with their vision
and may also experience pain because the optic nerve
is stretched during movement as it travels through the bony canal at the base of the skull.
Alternatively a new plaque develops in the spinal cord the axons
carrying sensory messages or movement commands will be affected.
The Multiple Sclerosis patient will most likely notice numbness loss of sensation
and perhaps weakness in the limb served be the sensory
and motor neurons in the area of the CNS that controls that function.

Much throughout the last century Multiple Sclerosis
was considered a “white matter” disease only involving an attack on the myelin and axons.
The last decade we have appreciated the significance of attacks
and the formation of lesions or plaques in the gray matter.
That is where the neuron cell bodies are located in the body.
These lesions previously can not be seen on a routine magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
These lesions were not understood to be part of Multiple Sclerosis process.
They have been recently recognized to develop early in Multiple Sclerosis disease process
and are probably of major importance in the permanent disability.
The brain atrophy and even the cognitive
decline characteristic of most Multiple Sclerosis patients.

The abnormal changes typical of the Multiple Sclerosis
are noted in the spinal cord fluid,
which surrounds and generally protects the brain.
This spinal fluid appears clear like water
but it contains small numbers of white blood cells.
In the Multiple Sclerosis patient these cells are increased
and there is an elevated concentration of proteins,
but the most important of which are the immunoglobulin’s
that is a complex mixture of antibodies.
This immunoglobulin’s can be measured only two ways in the laboratory;
one way shows an abnormal amount of the IgG
or immunoglobulin index,
and the other one shows the presence of abnormal populations of immunoglobulins
measured by placing the spinal fluid in a gel.
That gel is subjected to an electric field to separate the proteins by their electric charge.

The spinal fluid of the Multiple Sclerosis patient
the immunoglobulins separate as collections called bands that are not seen in the normal fluid.
Now despite enormous effort in the many laboratories
these spinal fluids abnormalities have not yet led
to the hope for clues to the cause of Multiple Sclerosis.
The spinal fluid changes however
do indicate that an immunologic abnormality is developing
that is known to be the central part of Multiple Sclerosis disease process.
The Multiple Sclerosis spinal fluid measurement change
has become an important diagnostic tool
to especially make an early diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis in patients.

The pathologic changes observed in every Multiple Sclerosis patients brain
or spinal cord at autopsy along with the spinal fluid changes
observes in over 90% of Multiple Sclerosis cases during life,
strongly suggest that Multiple Sclerosis
is one of many human autoimmune diseases
in which the immune system is usually thought of a protective and beneficial.
That is not the case with Multiple Sclerosis patients
instead it turns back to attack and produce CNS tissue damage,
neurologic symptoms, and permanent disability in Multiple Sclerosis patients.

6. James Eckburg and MS:

Multiple Sclerosis changes the Brain

In the Multiple Sclerosis patient it is apparent
that the myelin wrapping on the axons
was frequently damaged or destroyed.
Thus giving rise to the term demyelination,
this has ever been recognized as a fundamental aspect of the Multiple Sclerosis pathologic process.
The damage to the myelin was most obvious,
that is recognized in the 1860’s,
and that some of the axons in the plaque were damage or even cut or destroyed.
What appeared to be the more mature
or older plaques there appeared to be more evidence
of axonal destruction than in what appeared to be fresh plaques.
You see the inflammatory and demyelination features
were most prominent in this finding.
They also found in the “older” plaques that it contained more astrocytes,
and they were forming hardening, Sclerosis, or scarring.

The three pathologic features of the inflammation, the demyelination,
and the axonal loss were all described in the mid-19th century.
This MS trail was often lost sight of throughout much of the 20th century.
The Multiple Sclerosis plaque was described as inflammatory- demyelinating.
Than only in the 1980’s and onward was the component of axonal damage again reemphasized.

The concept of clinical-pathological correlation emerged in the 19th century
these pathologic brain changes came to be associated
with the clinical patterns or symptoms that most Multiple Sclerosis patients experience.
With the onset and during the relapsing-remitting phase
of Multiple Sclerosis, it is commonly thought
that the symptoms are due to the rapid localized inflammation
that defines the early features of Multiple Sclerosis plaque in the CNS white matter.
On later as the plaque matures
and more and more axonal damage and the loss is incurred,
your brain’s ability to transmit or send messages between neurons is at first delayed and then lost. 7. James Eckburg and MS: Treatment Study for Cop1 (copolymer one)

Treatment Study for Cop1 (copolymer one)

This is the first case of the study done for the Cop 1 trail:

V.J. was a 20-year-old college student when,
he became ill in March 1990. V.J. noticed a decrease sensation
and numbness in his left leg
that ascended to his waist over a period of 3 days.
V.J. had a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan
that showed a lesion at the thoracic (T12) level
of his spinal cord as well as other lesions
in the periventricular area of his brain.
His cerebral spinal fluid was normal.
V.J. was given anti-inflammatory high dose steroid therapy intravenously,
and his symptoms soon disappeared.

After a few months later in September 1990
V.J. suddenly became aware of visual trouble in his left eye
(what appeared to be a blind spot in the center of his vision)
and pain in the left orbit when he moved the eye
from side to side.
His eye doctor said that V.J. had acute optic neuritis.
This once again this symptom was treated with steroid therapy.

Than eleven months later in August of 1991 V.J. developed a weakness of the left leg,
with that and poor balance and difficulty with his walking.
V.J. had another examination that showed an increase
in the deep tendon reflexes in his left leg
and a pathologic reflex called (a Babinski response) in his left foot.
A third course of intravenous steroids partially reversed these symptoms.

V.J. reported that a maternal cousin had clinically definite Multiple Sclerosis,
however the cousin’s two siblings were well.

So on a screening visit in October 1991,
prior to enrolling in a Multiple Sclerosis treatment trail.
V.J. had improved but still had difficulty with tandem walking-that is,
walking heel to toe—and had decrease sense of vibration in his left foot.
V.J. Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS) level
(described earlier) was a 1.5.
Than after this he read about the details of the Cop 1 trails,
including the fact that V.J. had a 50% chance
of receiving a placebo for 2 years
and had to inject himself every day, V.J. consider to enroll.

Now I would like to tell you about Case#2:

This case starts back in September 1987.
This patients name was D.D.,
and he first experienced numbness of the entire right side of her body,
as well as incoordination of her right hand.
This interfered with her writing and other fine movements.
These symptoms developed just over 3 days.
D.D. went and had a very extensive medical evaluation,
a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis was considered;
D.D. was given high-dose intravenous steroids and quickly improved.

Than for 3 years she was well;
but in March 1990 D.D. developed numbness
and mild weakness of the entire left side,
which affected walking and again include some left-sided numbness.
The diagnosis of clinically definite Multiple Sclerosis was made.
D.D. was again treated with high dose intravenous steroids.
Once again she improved.

Than 18 months later in October 1991 the left side numbness returned
along with disturbed walking due to weakness of the left leg.
Once again she improved partially with steroid therapy.

At the time of the trail or screening
for the Cop 1 clinical trail in January 1992.
D.D. still displayed mild weakness of the left leg,
increased deep tendon reflexes of the left side of the body arm and leg.
A mild left arm tremor whenever D.D. attempted to reach for or grasp or pick up objects.

D.D. had two small children one was age 2 and one 6 months,
D.D. was very frightened by the prospect of Multiple Sclerosis striking
or a relapse and increase the neurologic impairment
at a time when D.D. has a family life and responsibility of the family getting larger
. D.D. did reported that she had an aunt that had Multiple Sclerosis.

I wish that I had the information than
that I can get today about MS.
The advancement on the treatments for MS
today is wide range.

Now you can take your treatment at home
or in the hospital setting.
Multiple Sclerosis can affect your body in a lot of different ways.
It will affect your diet,
your brain, and can even cause MS depression.

http://youtu.be/R4tEmKTXa2A

Now I would like to talk about how you should prepare
for an Appointment with Your MS Neurologist.
Why is it that important
is that we always have a million questions
for our neurologists about all sorts of funky symptoms,
bizarre possible side effects.
We ask for his or her opinion
about things in the research pipeline
that are new and many of us
think about asking our doctor
lots of questions about the new drugs
and are there any side affects.
During those months
we see a lot of news articles about multiple sclerosis articles
and multiple sclerosis clinical trials
that have been going on.

Then comes the day that we are face to face with our neurologists
for our appointment
and all of these deep thoughts fly out of our heads,
often leaving us answering questions in "yes" or "no" kind of way.
We may want to describe a symptom,
but can't find the right words or for some reason,
think it is too trivial to mention,
now that we have the doc's full attention.
